Sharing a summary of the highlights and special events related to various ceremonies Arjan Chum has preceded over:
1941 (2484): Phuttha Nimit (Buddha Vision)
Distributed during the Indochina War. Empowered by Archan Iat, Luang Por Khong, and other senior masters.
1951 (2494): Powder of Napathamung at Wat Don Pradu, Phatthalung
A story tells of Archan Chum inscribing sacred yantras on a board. His writing mysteriously extended into the air, beyond the board, until Archan Pal sprinkled holy water, returning the writing to the board.
1953 (2496): Thep Nimit (Divine Vision)
This was the first ceremony to use sacred materials guided by the spirit of Luang Pu Khong. During the blessing, the spirit possessed a medium and empowered the amulets with waves of energy, causing the entire batch to move as if alive.
1954 (2497): Wat Yuan, Bangkok
Conducted in collaboration with Luang Por Bao Aueang, inviting the spirit of a legendary healer to bless the amulets, known for their healing powers.
1957 (2500): Wat Welurachin, Thonburi
Created “Pra Phrathanporn” medallions, the only medallion inscribed with the Maha Niyom (Great Popularity) spell on the back.
1966–1967 (2509–2510):
Consecration of Phra Pidta and cast statues of Luang Pu Khong and Luang Por Phat. During the ritual, Archan Chum attempted to mix Lek Lai (mystical metal) into the materials, but it wouldn’t dissolve. It required a special ritual involving blood to complete.
1970 (2513): Kong Chai Chum Ceremony
A collaboration between Luang Por Khong and Archan Chai at Wat Ban Suan. The spirit of Khun Paen was invoked, who ordered the freshly pressed amulets to be tested by firing guns at them. The bullets failed to discharge, showcasing their protective power.
1976 (2519): Prommasat Ceremony, Wat Thung Seri
Combined both Buddhist and Brahmanical rituals. During the blessing, the deity Ganesha possessed a medium, revised the yantras, and led the prayers in the Hindu language.
